If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.

All returns must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original condition with all tags attached. Items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

The original packaging must be returned in its original condition and must not be marked, labeled, damaged, or taped.

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on underwear, swimwear, and jewelry piercing products unless they are faulty.

JD Sports Malaysia reserves the right to reject any return if the item, its box, or its packaging is marked, damaged, or not in a saleable condition.

The following products are categorized as non-refundable or exchangeable products:

JD Sports Malaysia reserves the right to modify or include products classified as Non-Refundable including limited time-based restrictions at any time.

JD Sports Malaysia reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges for any orders reasonably suspected to be intended for resale or unauthorized distribution.
JD Sports reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any order if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the purchase was made for resale or unauthorised distribution, except where such refusal would contravene your rights under Consumer Law.

JD Sports’ shipping policy outlines the delivery process, timelines, and important details for online orders. For customers in West Malaysia, standard delivery typically takes around 2–3 business days, while orders to East Malaysia may take between 5–10 business days. Certain products are fulfilled from overseas, particularly the UK, which can extend the delivery period up to 10 business days or more. Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details to monitor the parcel’s progress. In some cases, orders may arrive in multiple shipments if items are sourced from different warehouses. It is important to note that JD Sports does not allow address changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed, as the picking and packing process begins immediately. For Malaysian deliveries, the Low Value Goods Tax (LVGT) may apply to items priced below RM500, while international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on local customs regulations. Customers are advised to double-check their address and contact information before checkout and to look out for dispatch emails, including in their spam folders. Any issues with delays or missing parcels can be resolved by contacting JD Sports Customer Care with the relevant order number.
