In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

• Non-hype products. (Note that Hype products include but are not limited to YEEZY, adidasxGucci).
• The product must be unused and unworn.
• The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.
• Apparel must have the original packaging and original tags attached.
• Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging. Accessories must remain vacuum - sealed if it comes in a sealed packaging.
• Footwear must be in the original shoe box with original tags attached. Sticker on the shoe box should not be removed or altered in any form.

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products:

Adidas shipping policy in Malaysia includes free standard shipping for adiclub members and a RM24 charge for orders under RM300 for non-members. Delivery takes 2–5 business days for most of West Malaysia, 5 days for the Klang Valley, and 7–10 days for East Malaysia. All orders require a signature upon receipt and are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays. The online store only ships within Malaysia and does not deliver to Labuan, Langkawi, or Tioman.

Bhd. collects and processes the information from which you can be identified directly or indirectly (“Personal Data”) while you browse www.adidas.com.my as well as when you interact with our different sites, platforms, portals and applications (such as the adidas mobile application, or the adidas Running or adidas Training mobile applications) using your Personal Data, including those operated by other adidas Data Users (as defined below) (“adidas Platforms”).

We will routinely review the content of this Policy and make minor adjustments and corrections as necessary. When we make any significant changes that would have an impact on your rights and your Personal Data, we will announce these changes in advance, and make sure you are informed of these changes, which may require us to send you an email announcement.
