Shipping and Delivery
Our delivery service covers most major cities across Malaysia. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping charges include order processing, packaging, and delivery. While we always strive to deliver on time, delivery estimates may vary based on destination and courier partner schedules.
Deliveries are carried out on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day. For express or same-day delivery options, additional fees may apply depending on your location and courier availability.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate to avoid delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from T-Marketplace. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that certain product categories such as perishables, personal care items, and digital goods may not be eligible for return unless proven defective upon delivery.
Returning Gifts
If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it, you may be issued a T-Marketplace Credit Voucher equivalent to the value of the returned item. The voucher can be used for future purchases across the platform.
Returning Merchandise by Courier
To initiate a return, please log in to your T-Marketplace account and navigate to the Order History section. Select the order you wish to return and follow the return instructions provided. Our support team will guide you on the next steps.
Alternatively, you may email our customer service team at support@tropicanacorp.com.my for assistance. Once approved, pack your item securely and use a trackable courier service to send it back to the address provided by our support team.
Please allow 7–10 working days for inspection and refund or replacement processing after we receive your returned item.
